A 45-year-old musician in the orchestra Victor Hugo Franche-Comté was arrested with 38.3 kilos of cocaine by customs at the border between France and Italy. During a search at his home in Besançon, nearly 90,000 euros in small cuts and weapons were found. Presented to the court in Nice, the individual acknowledged the facts, but requested a delay to prepare his defence.
