VILLE PLATTE, La. (KLFY) -- An arrest has been made in the fatal Ville Platte shooting that occurred at the Gabriel Villa Apartment Complex on April 2. Officials said Tijuan Sims, 24, turned himself in today for his connection to death of 31-year-old Cawaskee Ardoin.
