The video surveillance cameras installed by Arrecife City Council have allowed the identification of a person to whom are attributed three illegal discharges of waste carried out during the same morning in the Argana Alta neighborhood. The events took place last Friday on Cribo Street, where the images recorded up to three downloads of goods and other high volume materials.
