‘Arcata strong’: First responders honored with Hero’s Parade

The Arcata Fire Relief Benefit, organized by the Arcata Chamber of Commerce and local business community in conjunction with the city and community members, took place from Friday through Sunday, with dozens of local businesses participating in fundraising efforts to help displaced businesses and residents. The events of the weekend culminated in a Heroes Parade on the Arcata Plaza at noon.
