More than 5,000 people died in Iran as a result of attacks by the United States and Israel, and the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic, Abbas Arakchi, made a statement in New York on the margins of the United Nations General Assembly.

"The U.S. President and the criminal prime minister of Israel tried to distort the facts and reverse the roles of victim and aggressor. They cannot cover up their criminal acts against the people of Iran," the chancellor said.
