New water lines coming to Struthers, Poland

(WKBN) - New water lines are coming to the Struthers and Poland areas as part of a $3 million project by Aqua. Crews will replace almost 9,000 feet of old mains with stronger, larger pipes. They will also add new hydrants, valves and service lines. More than 170 homes will also get lead lines replaced at no cost. The project will take about seven months. It's part of Aqua's $12 million investment in the Mahoning Valley this year.
