iOS 26 Is Here — How to Download the Developer Beta

On June 9, 2025, immediately after the WWDC keynote, Apple made the first developer beta of iOS 26 available to those enrolled in its beta program.
This release follows Apple's usual annual update cycle intending to provide developers time to adapt their apps and explore new features before the fall public launch.
IOS 26 beta 1 introduces an all-new design, a unified Phone app layout, message screening for unknown senders, and new Apple Music features like Lyric Translation and AutoMix.
Apple warns that the beta is unfinished software suitable only for developers on supported devices, excluding iPhone XR, XS, and XS Max, and advises against installing on mission-critical devices.
