HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - The Indiana Court of Appeals has denied an appeal by Elizabeth Fox-Doerr to reweigh evidence from her trial. Fox-Doerr was accused of plotting the murder of her husband, Evansville firefighter Robert Doerr with Larry Richmond Sr. She was charged with aiding, inducing or causing murder in the case and eventually found guilty by a jury.
