On Wednesday, the case of the 43-year-old, who secretly drugged and raped his partner in the district of Bruck an der Leitha in 2014, is occupied by the Higher Regional Court (OLG) Vienna. This must decide whether it will remain in prison for seven years.
A court in Vienna's Palace of Justice will decide on Wednesday whether the seven-year prison sentence will stand for a now 43-year-old man who secretly drugged and raped his partner in the Bruck an der Leitha district in 2014. The Korneuburg Regional Court found him guilty in September 2025, and the man appealed the sentence. A panel of the Vienna Higher Regional Court will now review his appeal.
