ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) -- A convicted burglar recently released after two years in prison is back behind bars after an alleged "brutal" attack on one of the people burglarized in 2023. Koleton Andrew Bem, 20, of Hollidaysburg, was arrested Aug. 28, 2023, for burglary charges, which he ultimately pleaded guilty to.
