Annual sandcastle building contest to return to Frisco Aug. 9, boasting new family division

This Sunday, the town of Frisco will be hosting its annual sandcastle building competition at the Frisco Bay Marina. As in years past, the contest is mostly restricted to contestants aged 12 and under.
