Twelve people were killed and ten more injured are in critical condition after a Polish bus accident on the M3 motorway at dawn.
A loud bang woke her, and moments later she saw an image she would never forget. Injured people lay beneath her, screams and pleas for help all around. The interior of the overturned bus was filled with thick dust. "I thought we were on fire and that we would all die," says Katarzyna Szady-Sagan, a teacher from Strzyżów who survived the Polish bus crash in Hungary.
A bus crashed and flipped in the early morning of Sunday, on a highway in Hungary, when transporting Polish pilgrims back from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Twelve people died and several were injured. One survivor told that the accident " happened in seconds".
