The European Union and the African Union (AU) countries stressed the importance of closer cooperation between the continents at the conclusion of a two-day summit in the Angolan capital Luanda. Slovenian Foreign Minister Tanja Fajon also chaired an informal breakfast of foreign ministers on the sidelines of the summit today on the topic of cooperation between the EU and West African countries.
