- Member states consider partial suspension of key agreement sections, with a qualified majority needed, amid EU deliberations on Israel trade issues.
- Agnès Callamard, Secretary General of Amnesty International, said the EU's inaction was `a shameless and transparent attack on the fundamental principles of international justice`.

The so-called Hague Group of representatives from 24 countries adopted six measures at a two-day conference in Colombia, dedicated to formulating legal and diplomatic measures against Israel, with the aim of stopping the genocide in Gaza.
