- Users on X pushed back and Grok initially doubled down, writing `My previous response is accurate` but eventually corrected some mistakes after repeated prompts.
- Given training-data limits and user trust, researchers and AI experts say hallucinations are inevitable in LLMs, while Vered Shwartz warns users often over-rely on chatbots, saying `They don't have any notion of the truth & it just generates the statistically most likely next word`.
