Allen Fitzgerald Oliphant, 62, of the 100 block of North Bethlehem Pike in Ambler, is facing a felony retail theft charge, The Reporter said.  According to their coverage, Oliphant is accused of stealing a $99 pair of Michael Kors sandals from the Macy’s store in Montgomery Township on July 17.
