Almost 96K people in Luzon affected by Bising, Habagat

A total of 95,906 people or 30,682 families in Luzon were affected by Tropical Cyclone Bising and the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said Tuesday.
