Boy shot in north Allentown, cops say

A boy was shot Thursday afternoon in a north Allentown alley, city police said.He was shot just after 3:30 p.m. in the area of North Nagle and Allen streets, police said. Police did not provide the age of the child. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment of what police are calling non life-threatening injuries.
