A 46-year-old Allentown man died Wednesday, days after he was struck by a tractor trailer that was backing up, the Lehigh County coroner said Friday. Coroner Dan Buglio said Luis A. Cruz was pronounced dead at 4:40 p.m. at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. The cause of death was blunt force injuries due to him being struck by the truck five days prior.
