DULUTH, Min. – Duluth Police say they were able to catch an alleged “porch pirate” thanks to a Ring surveillance camera. Charging documents claim Donissa Ann Saice Garcia stole an Amazon package off the porch of a residence on the 2800-block of West 2nd Street in Duluth. It happened on December 18, 2025.
