The Delaware man accused of exposing himself to a 13-year-old boy at the Marysville Municipal Pool has been charged with three felonies including kidnapping. The Union County Grand Jury has charged Namon Joshua IV, 43, of Delaware, with one first-degree felony count of kidnapping and fifth-degree felony charges of importuning and public indecency.
