All In FutureTech Alliance Provides Strategic Updates: Hainan AIFA Digital Industrial Park, Silicon Photo
AIFA is advancing financing, policy coordination and due diligence as it seeks to build a silicon photonics hub and digital industrial park in Hainan.
On Friday, All In FutureTech Alliance Chairman and Chief Executive Officer James Li met with Morgan Stanley and Lingshui government officials in Hong Kong to accelerate the Hainan AIFA Silicon Photonics Supercomputing Center project.
AIFA is undergoing a comprehensive transformation into a future technology platform driven by two core engines: an "AI infrastructure network powered by optical technologies" and an "AI application services matrix."
The company is upgrading the project into the AIFA Digital Industrial Park located in Qingshui Bay, leveraging the Hainan Free Trade Port's international submarine cable landing hub to integrate compute, storage, and cross-border connectivity.
AIFA continues advancing its acquisition of a controlling interest in HyalRoute Communication Group, pending necessary regulatory approvals in China, the United States, and other jurisdictions before the deal can close.
Management expects to integrate the Hainan compute center with HyalRoute's Southeast Asian fiber networks to create an infrastructure loop of "optical compute + optical transmission + optical storage," enhancing the company's global market positioning.
