Alicante backs €235,000 Red Cross plan to tackle loneliness among older residents

Alicante City Council has pre-awarded a €235,000 contract to the Spanish Red Cross to deliver a new programme aimed at preventing unwanted loneliness, a growing concern among older residents across the city.
