Ali B's lawyer Bart Swier believes that the Public Prosecution Service has created a "deliberate and malicious frame" that Ali and his wife Breghje Kommers wanted to "destroy" a woman who wanted to file a complaint. The lawyer stated this on Thursday morning in the court of appeal in Amsterdam. He therefore wants Kommers to testify in the case.
