Albemarle Police investigating deadly shooting of 23-year-old woman
ALBEMARLE, N.C. – Albemarle Police are investigating a deadly shooting. It happened in the area of Heath Street and Elizabeth Avenue on Wednesday. Police say 23-year-old Rickasia Liles was found shot inside a car. She was air lifted to the hospital, where she died. Officers do not believe this was a random shooting.
