Andy Schneider becomes CEO of Horizon Air while Jason Berry is promoted to COO of Alaska Airlines amid integration efforts and leadership transitions, Alaska Air Group said.
- On September 26, 2025, Alaska Air Group appointed Jason Berry as COO of Alaska Airlines starting November 3, 2025, with Constance von Muehlen advising until February 2026 before retiring after nearly 15 years.
- With integration underway, Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines are working toward a single operating certificate, a natural time to evolve our leadership, said Ben Minicucci.
- Horizon Air operates about 40 Embraer 175 jets, including 76-seat aircraft that serve both short-haul and longer regional routes across the Pacific Northwest.
