A day care worker has been charged with murder in the death of an infant found unresponsive earlier this week at an Alabama day care.Versa Mae Simmons, 68, of Demopolis, was arrested on murder charges after the police investigation at the Tender Years day care on Maria Avenue in Demopolis, where the infant was found unresponsive on Monday, Police Chief Rex Flowers told WSFA.
