MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – The 2026 Alabama primaries are less than 30 days away. Voters in the state will head to the polls on Tuesday, May 19 to elect who they would like to represent the Republican or Democratic parties. You have until Monday, May 4 to register to vote and you have until Tuesday, May 12 to cast your vote by absentee ballot via mail.
