UP Minister OP Rajbhar challenges Akhilesh Yadav to contest against Yogi Adityanath from Ayodhya
Uttar Pradesh ministers Om Prakash Rajbhar and Daya Shankar Singh on Sunday challenged Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav to contest the 2027 Assembly elections against Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath from Ayodhya, after Yadav advised the Chief Minister to contest from the temple town.
Ahead of the UP Assembly elections, rhetoric surrounding the Ayodhya seat has intensified. Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar has urged Akhilesh Yadav to accept Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's challenge and contest from Ayodhya. Rajbhar also said that if Akhilesh is afraid to contest from Ayodhya, he should contest from Zahoorabad.
