On 27 May, Airbus announced an order of 11 H145 on behalf of the Czech Ministry of the Interior, which seeks to modernize its air assets.

The Ministry of the Interior is buying a new fleet of helicopters from Airbus Helicopters. The police will switch to H145s, which are used by the US and German armies, for example. The deal will cost more than four billion crowns, but its Czech footprint will be small.
