Airbus delivered around 72 aircraft in September, sources say
Airbus's aircraft deliveries in September were reported to be around 72, close to last year's total of 73. Industry experts had estimated deliveries to be in the mid to high 60s range. This increase follows concerns about delays from various industrial issues affecting production. Commercial CEO Lars Wagner expressed confidence in meeting the full-year delivery target of around 870 jets.
