The case of the death of Agnieszka Osesik (†35 years old) from Legnica (Lower Silesian Voivodeship) is described by “Fakt” almost from the beginning. Investigators accuse her ex-boyfriend Radosław Rz. (37) of shooting her with a black powder weapon. In the first instance, the man was sentenced to life imprisonment.
