The court, dated 7 January and consulted today by Lusa, handed down provision for the appeal and granted partial provision to the resources submitted by the families of the three victims. The 65-year-old judge, a professor of equity and, also, an explorer of the area where abuses took place, was arrested by the Judiciary Police in December 2022, suspected of sexual abuse of three minor students since 2016.
