AGAWAM — Christine Rickmon says she won’t apologize for asking the police chief direct questions about Flock license plate readers, because her constituents deserve answers on the rising tech that’s often derided as government surveillance. “This isn’t disrespect,” said Rickmon, an Agawam city councilor. “It’s called doing my job. I was elected to ask tough questions.”
