Jelica Minic from the European Movement in Serbia (EPuS) assessed today in the Marker show that it is difficult to expect that the European Union (EU) will decide to open Cluster 3 in Serbia at this moment.
The ambassadors of the EU member states have not yet reached a final agreement tonight on giving Serbia the green light to open Cluster 3, which relates to competitiveness and inclusive growth, and the discussion on this issue will continue, Tanjug has learned in Brussels.
The EU member states have once again failed to reach an agreement on the opening of cluster 3 in the negotiations with Serbia, but the talks will continue, although there is still very little time left for the decision, RTS learned from diplomatic sources in Brussels.
Cluster 3 refers to competitiveness and inclusive growth.
