Major DJ's Near Fatal Miss as Metal Blade Smashes Through Car Windscreen
Afrojack said the blade missed his face by inches and posted footage of the shattered windscreen, prompting relief from followers.
Music producer Afrojack, 38, narrowly escaped injury when a metal blade crashed through his vehicle's windscreen, missing his face by inches. He shared footage on Instagram comparing the ordeal to the horror film Final Destination.
The vehicle was being driven by Afrojack's friend Nick Fuso while the pair traveled to the airport. Following the incident, the DJ posted an image from his flight, joking, "Team no car made it to Monterrey."
Posting further images, the artist expressed gratitude for his survival, calling the event the "scariest thing" he had ever seen. He thanked his team and credited his wife, Elettra Lamborghini, "for always being there for me even in the scariest moments."
Followers quickly rallied around the producer with messages of relief after the footage surfaced. One supporter commented, "Brother... so glad you're safe," while another remarked, "OMG so glad you're ok fam."
Afrojack married Elettra Lamborghini in 2020 at Lake Como following a 10-month engagement. Elettra, granddaughter of automotive pioneer Ferruccio Lamborghini, previously appeared on Geordie Shore in 2017.
