Afreximbank Profit Rises 30% to $534.7m

Afreximbank recorded a 30 per cent rise in net income in the first half of 2026, reaching $534.7 million as lending and asset quality improved. The African Export-Import Bank’s net income increased from $412.7 million in H1 2025, while net interest income grew by 22 per cent to $1 billion.
