- On Wednesday, December 10, Adobe and OpenAI announced adding Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Express, and Adobe Acrobat to ChatGPT, available starting on 12/10 on ChatGPT desktop, web, and iOS for over 800 million users.
- Earlier this year, Adobe introduced an agentic AI assistant for Adobe Photoshop and conversational assistants for Adobe Express and Adobe Firefly, teasing Project Moonlight.
- Photoshop in ChatGPT can edit images with effects like Glitch and Glow, preserving edits as editable layers when opened in Adobe Photoshop.
- Non-Designers can now complete common image, design, and PDF tasks via conversational prompts, accessing Adobe Photoshop without login, while Adobe Express and Acrobat may require sign-in for full use.
- Adobe also said its ChatGPT apps are free today but exclude European Union and United Kingdom users, with Android support limited to Adobe Express and Photoshop and Acrobat coming soon.
