Adair County Supervisors Review Draft Data Center Ordinance
(Adair Co.) Adair County Supervisor Jodie Hoadley presented an updated draft ordinance regulating data centers to the Board of Supervisors this morning. Hoadley said she also shared the ordinance with Union and Madison counties, as they are working on similar efforts. She noted that Union County plans to implement a moratorium on data centers.
