Accro Bioscience Announces Inclusion of AC-101 tablets in the NMPA CDE's "Caring Plan-Extension" Pilot Program for Rare Disease Drug Development
Accro Bioscience announced on September 14, 2026, that AC-101 tablets were included in China's NMPA CDE Rare Diseases Innovative Drug Development Encouragement Pilot Program for Blau syndrome.
The U.S. FDA granted AC-101 Rare Pediatric Disease designation for treating Blau syndrome in June 2026.
AC-101 is a novel RIPK2 inhibitor developed by Accro Bioscience to target regulatory cell death and inflammation.
AC-101 completed Phase I safety and pharmacokinetic studies in healthy volunteers in Australia and China.
