Acciona has decided to initiate the procedures for the resolution of existing contracts and association agreements that relate the company and any of its subsidiaries to Servinabar 2000 S.L., a company under investigation in the Supreme Court case for alleged public procurement schemes and collection of illegal commissions related to the so-called ‘Koldo-Ábalos-Cerdan case’.
