- Following an ex-parte motion by EFCC counsel Ekele Iheanacho, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Justice Emeka Nwite granted the forfeiture order.
- Among the listed assets are educational, industrial and commercial properties including Rayhaan University Buildings, agro-allied factories, hotels, pharmacies, supermarkets, filling stations, and Meethaq Hotels valued at N12,950,000,000 after rehabilitation.
- Justice Emeka Nwite ordered publication inviting interested persons or bodies to show cause within 14 days and set January 27, 2026 for a compliance report.
