About to bin my Nest 3 – stuck in pairing mode, no menus, no connection with Heat Link, app useless
Last ditch attempt here to find a way to get my Nest 3 working. Inherited it with the house I bought, working fine when we moved in but reset so I could add to my own Nest account. Factory reset unti, reset Heat Link (around twenty times each) with them sat next to each other, entered the HL code in the thermostat, nothing. Refuses to connect. Blue light is flashing on the HL but nothing I do will make it connect.
