The Supreme Court (TS) closes on Wednesday the second week of the trial for alleged corruption in contracts of masks against the former minister of Transport José Luis Ábalos, his advisor Koldo García and the commissioner Victor de Aldama, with a day in which is cited the former president of Adif Isabel Pardo de Vera.
Claudio Rivas, owner of Villafuel —the company at the epicenter of the alleged hydrocarbon scheme being investigated in the National Court—, has refused to answer, due to his status as a person under investigation in that case, the parties in the Supreme Court trial on alleged irregularities in the purchase of masks during the pandemic.
Javier Serrano, one of the “four Musketeers” of Victor de Aldama, has also refused to testify this Monday in the trial of the masks.
