A young man from Suceava, fined for sticking posters on poles and trees in Piatra Neamț

A young man from Suceava was fined 500 lei for sticking ads in places other than those specially designed! The 32-year-old man was spotted in the Precista neighborhood by the local police officers responsible for the area, while sticking flyers with ads on electricity poles, tree trunks and europubs. The person in question was fined 500 lei for violating art. 2, letter m, of H.C.L. 228 /2021.
