Just a day after the wedding ceremony, a brutal crime occurred in the Polish village of Skorogoszcz that shook the entire region. The newlywed groom allegedly took an axe and killed his wife on their wedding night after a heated argument.
Police, under the supervision of the prosecutor's office, are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 41-year-old woman in Skorogoszcz, Opole Province. According to police reports and findings from "Fakt," the tragedy occurred several hours after the couple's wedding. The deceased's 47-year-old husband, who was intoxicated at the time of the incident, was arrested.
A 76-year-old woman died from her injuries, while her husband, also 76 years old, was seriously injured and taken to hospital.
