A 44-year-old woman was killed by a tram in the Bolevec district of Pilsen, north of the city, on Friday evening after falling over the tracks. The woman succumbed to her injuries, police spokeswoman Eva Červenková said on Saturday morning.
The tragic incident was handled by police in Pilsen on Friday around 9:30 p.m. A woman tripped while crossing the road and fell directly under a tram. She did not survive the collision.
