A man and a woman were caught on camera dumping garbage into the Yangzaicuo Creek in Lukang Township. Surveillance footage showed the back seat and trunk of the car filled with bags of trash. When they arrived at the creek, a man and a woman got out of the car and dumped the garbage into the creek. The Changhua County Water Resources Department stated that they will identify the individuals and issue fines.
