According to the data of the Panevėžys County Chief Police Commissariat, on October 2, at around 8:25 p.m., on the Linkuva–Joniškėlis–Pumpėnai 30.73 km road, a wheeled tractor "Case IH Magnum 280", driven by a man born in 1967, was driving in the oncoming lane with its rear left wheels protruding and collided with an Audi A4 passenger car driving in its own lane, driven by a man born in 1983.
