It all began on Saturday, May 2nd, after 5:00 a.m. on the S17 expressway toward Warsaw, in the town of Olempin. On May 2nd, a series of dangerous incidents occurred on the S12 and S17 expressways in the Lublin Voivodeship. It all began with a moose being hit and ended with a serious accident involving a truck, a police car, and a road service vehicle. A police officer was injured and taken to hospital.
Following an accident on the Nałęczów-Kurów section (Lubelskie Voivodeship), the S12/S17 expressway is blocked. Three vehicles, including a police car, collided. One officer was taken to hospital.
